1.   2,647 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on the 30th May 2024 at a price of £57.50 per share.

2.   182 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased into a Junior ISA account for Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's daughter, Miss Goodwin, at a price of £57.61 per share on 30th May 2024.

Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin

1.   1,998 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased 1,879 at a price of £58.00 per share and 119 at a price of £57.43 per share on the 30th May 2024.

2.   10 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased for Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's son, Master Goodwin at a price of £59.79 per share and 13 shares were purchased for Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's daughter, Miss Goodwin at a price of £58.99 per share on the 30th May 2024.

3.   165 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's wife, Mrs. H. Goodwin on the 30th May 2024 at a price of £61.43 per share.

1.   2,289 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on the 3rd June, 2024 at a price of £60.80 per share.
