DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 4th April 2022 of the following transactions in which Mr. B. R. E.  Goodwin, Director of the Company, is interested:

The purchase by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin of 723 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £34.77 per share on 4th April 2022.

The sale by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin of 1,186 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £32.10 per share on 4th April 2022. The proceeds of this sale were used to purchase 617 shares into his ISA at a price of £32.15 per share, and 278 shares into a Junior ISA for his daughter Miss Goodwin and 278 shares into a Junior ISA for his son Master Goodwin at a price of £32.21 per share (total 1,173 shares).

The purchase by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin of 157 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into a Junior ISA account for his daughter Ms. Goodwin at a price of £34.48 per share on 4th April 2022.

The purchase by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin of 135 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into a Junior ISA account for his son Mstr. Goodwin at a price of £34.54 per share on 4th April 2022.

The purchase by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's wife Mrs. H. Goodwin of 755 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into her ISA account at a price of £34.60 per share on 4th April 2022.

The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).
