DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 23rd April, 2021 of the following transactions in which Mr. N. Brown and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin (Directors of the Company) are interested:

1.   The purchase by Mr. N. Brown of 445 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £30.80 per share on 21st April 2021.

2.   The purchase by Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin of 670 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £30.80 per share on 21st and 23rd April 2021.

The purchase by Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's wife of 665 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into her ISA account at a price of £30.80 per share on 23rd April 2021.

The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).

The total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings of the concert party following this transaction remain unchanged and are detailed below:
