Further to the Company's announcement of 30th October 2020, detailing an exercise of options awarded under the Goodwin PLC Equity Long Term Incentive Plan and the subsequent issue of shares, the Company has been notified of the following sale of shares by the Executive Directors of the Company which took place yesterday, 4 November, each at a price of £29.50 per Share:
