DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on  24th October 2017 of the following transactions which in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr. R. S. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E.  Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are interested:

1.         The purchase by Mr. J. W. Goodwin of 1,220 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £19.06 per share on 24th October 2017.

The purchase by Mr. J. W. Goodwin's wife of 1,235 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into her ISA account at a price of £19.06 per share on 24th  October 2017.

2.         The purchase by Mr. R. S. Goodwin of  1,030 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £19.06 per share on  24th October 2017.

3.         The purchase by Mr. M. S. Goodwin of 4,274 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £18.60 per share on 23rd October 2017.

The purchase by Mr. M. S. Goodwin's wife of   110 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into her ISA account at a price of £19.22 per share on  23rd October 2017.

4.         The purchase by Mr. S. R. Goodwin of 1,600 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £18.80 per share on 23rd October 2017.

5.         The purchase by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin of 1,388 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £18.50 per share on 23rd October 2017.

The purchase by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin of 221 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into a Junior ISA account for his daughter at a price of £18.49 per share on 23rd October 2017.

The purchase by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's wife of 1,670 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into her ISA account at a price of £18.50 per share on 23rd October 2017.

6.         The purchase by T. J. W. Goodwin into his ISA account of 745 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £18.83  per share and 350 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £18.89 per share on 23rd October 2017.

The purchase by Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's wife of 1,040 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into her ISA account at a price of £18.90 per share on  24th October 2017.

Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, and their sons, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert (and deemed to be so). The total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings of the concert party following these transactions are as detailed below:
