The Company received notification on 12th October 2017 of the following transactions which in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr. R. S. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E.  Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are interested:

On 12th October 2017, J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased 24,848 ordinary shares at a price of £19.05 per share from the following persons:
