The Company received notification on 7th October 2016 of the following transactions which in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr. R. S. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E.  Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are interested:

On 7th October 2016, J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased 32,895 ordinary shares at a price of £22.75 per share from the following persons:
