DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 22nd October 2015 of the following transactions which took place on 21st October 2015 in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, directors of the Company, are interested.

1.         The sale by Mr. Richard Goodwin and his wife of 18,800 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at £24.45 per share.

2.         The sale of 4,705 ordinary shares in the capital of the company by each of the following:

Mr. J. W. Goodwin

Mr. M. S. Goodwin

Mr. S. R. Goodwin

Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin

All the above transactions were at a price of £24.44 per share.

3.         The purchase by J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr. R. S. Goodwin are interested of  18,800  ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £24.50 per share and 18,820 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £24.44 per share.

4.         The sale of 18,942 shares in the capital of the Company by Mr. J. W. Goodwin and his wife at a price of £24.44 per share.

5.         The purchase by J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr. R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest of 18,942 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £24.44 per share.
