DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 17th April 2015 of the following transaction in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, directors of the Company, are interested.

1.         The purchase on 2nd April by Mr. Simon Goodwin's wife of 737 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on the open market into her ISA account at a price of £21.69 per share.
