DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 17th October 2014 of the following transactions in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin and Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin, directors of the Company, are interested.

1.       The sale by Mr. S. R. Goodwin on 16th October 2014 of 1,800 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on the open market at a price of £30.50 per share.

2.       The purchase of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company by J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, on 17th October 2014 as follows:

3,779 shares purchased from Mr. M. S. Goodwin

3,779 shares purchased from Mr. S. R. Goodwin

3,779 shares purchased from Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin    

3,779 shares purchased from Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin    

All shares were purchased on 17th October at the closing mid market price of £30.70 per share.
