DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 8th March, 2021 of a transaction completed on the 5th March, 2021 for the sale of 35,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £28.55 per share by Mr. B. R.E. Goodwin, Director of the Company. These shares have been sold to a Company whereby Mr. B. R.E. Goodwin retains the beneficial interest in the shares and therefore his resultant shareholding remains unchanged.

The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).

The total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings of the concert party following this transaction remain unchanged and are detailed below:
