DIRECTOR RESIGNATION & APPOINTMENT

Resignation

The Company announces the resignation due to retirement on 11th December 2020 of Mr. S. C. Birks, a Director of the Company.

The Board wishes to place on record its appreciation of Mr. Birks's hard work and loyalty to the Group during a period of over fifty two years' employment, the last eight of which have been as a Main Board Director.     

Appointment

Goodwin PLC is pleased to announce that with effect from 11th December 2020, after thirty four years working at Goodwin International, Mr. Nigel Brown has been appointed an Executive Director of the Company.

There is no information to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6 13R in respect of the appointed Director.
