RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Company announces the resignation due to retirement on 1st June 2015 of

Mr. A. J. Baylay, a Director of the Company.

The Board wishes to place on record its appreciation of Mr. Baylay's hard work and loyalty to the Group during a period of forty years' employment, the last four of which have been as a Main Board Director.
