RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Company announces the resignation due to retirement on 28th March 2013 of Mr. F. A. Gaffney, a Director of the Company.

The Board wishes to place on record its appreciation of Mr. Gaffney's hard work and loyalty to the Group during a period of over twenty two years' employment, the last ten of which have been as a Main Board Director.
