GOODMAN GROUP (GOODMAN) IMPLEMENTATION OF CONSOLIDATION
Following the approval of the Consolidation from Securityholders at today’s Extraordinary General Meetings, Goodman Group confirms that the Effective Date for the 5 for 1 consolidation of Goodman Group stapled securities is 13 April 2012.
Set out below is the timetable for the Consolidation:
