Goodman Group completes Consolidation of Stapled Securities
At the recent Goodman Group Extraordinary General Meetings, Securityholders approved a resolution authorising the consolidation of every five stapled securities into one stapled security (the “Consolidation”).
The Consolidation of the securities has been completed and Goodman Group now has on issue:
- 1,549,551,920 stapled securities.
We confirm that the holding statements have today been dispatched to Securityholders advising them of their consolidated holding. A copy of the letter to Securityholders is attached.

At the recent Goodman Group Extraordinary General Meetings, Securityholders approved a resolution authorising the consolidation of every five stapled securities into one stapled security (the “Consolidation”).
The outcome of the Consolidation is that every five pre-Consolidation Stapled Securities held by Securityholders on 12 April 2012 have been converted into one post-Consolidation Stapled Security.
The number of Stapled Securities you held on a pre-Consolidation basis and the number you hold on a post-Consolidation basis is shown above. Fractions have been rounded up to the nearest whole number of Stapled Securities.
If your holding is on the issuer sponsored sub-register, your issuer sponsored statement is enclosed. If your holding is on the CHESS sub-register, you will receive a statement from CHESS in the near future.
