In connection with the earn-out provisions of the Eurinpro acquisition, 1,605,684 fully paid ordinary Goodman Group stapled securities were issued to an executive on 9 September 2008. The securities were placed under voluntary escrow until 31 December 2010.
Goodman confirms that these Securities will be duly released from voluntary escrow on 31 December 2010.
