Goodman Group announces intention to Repurchase all Goodman PLUS

Date 12 July 2017 Release Immediate

Goodman confirms that it intends to issue an Issuer Realisation Notice on or before 21 July 2017 to Repurchase all Goodman PLUS on 2 October 2017 in accordance with the terms of issue of Goodman PLUS.

As a result, holders of Goodman PLUS on the Record Date of 25 September 2017 will receive the Realisation Amount of $100 per Goodman PLUS on transfer of their Goodman PLUS to a Goodman entity. Holders of Goodman PLUS will also be entitled to receive the Distribution Amount of $1.414027 per Goodman PLUS for the 30 September 2017 Distribution Payment Date.

The last day for trading of Goodman PLUS on ASX will be 21 September 2017 after which the Goodman PLUS will be suspended from trading.

The Repurchase amount of approximately $327 million will be funded from existing cash deposits which are in excess of $2 billion.
