Advice of Withdrawal of Form 603 - Notice of Initial Substantial Holder

National Australia Bank Limited advises that it is withdrawing the Notice of initial substantial holder lodged with ASX for Goodman Group (GMG) on 10 April 2012.

The Notice was incorrect as it calculated NAB Group’s pre-consolidation shareholding in GMG as a percentage of GMG’s post-consolidation issued share capital.
