Clarification of holdings by Greg and Patrick Goodman

Further to the recent Director’s Interest Notices of Greg and Patrick Goodman, they have confirmed that in future they will not include a reference to the securities personally held by Craig Goodman over which they have no relevant interest (reducing their current “interest” in Goodman securities by 745,581 securities).

The securities held by Craig Goodman were previously disclosed for completeness having regard also to his previous role as an employee of the Goodman Group which ceased in October 2007.
