Goodman Group (ASX: GMG) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Goodman Group (‘GMG’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of GMG, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 20 February 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Goodman Group (ASX: GMG) – Request for trading halt
Goodman Group ( Goodman ) requests a halt in trading of its stapled securities pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, to apply from the open of trading today.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, Goodman provides the following information:

a) The trading halt is requested pending Goodman making an announcement regarding an equity capital raising comprising an institutional placement and security purchase plan.

b) Goodman requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement about the results of the institutional placement and the commencement of normal trading on 20 February 2025.

c) Goodman expects that the trading halt will be ended by it making an announcement to the ASX in relation to the results of the institutional placement.

d) Goodman is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
