Goodman prices US$500m 10 year Sustainability-Linked Bonds

On 27 April 2022 (New York time) Goodman Group priced the issue of US$500 million of sustainability-linked bonds (SLB) with a scheduled maturity of 2032 into the Rule 144A / Reg S market. The issue will close on 4 May 2022 (New York time).

The Bonds are the Group’s first Sustainability-Linked Bonds and reflect the Group’s focus on Sustainability. The issue builds upon the 8, 10 and 20 year bonds issued in US dollars and Euros in 2017 as part of the Group’s debt diversification and tenor management strategy. The proceeds will be used in the ordinary course for general corporate and trust purposes.
