GOODMAN GROUP - CONFIRMATION OF RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM ESCROW
On 24 May 2011 Goodman issued 45,076,923 (post consolidation) fully paid ordinary Securities to the vendors of the Moorabbin Airport and Business Park as part of consideration for that transaction. Of those Securities, 15,025,641 were released from voluntary escrow on 24 May 2013.
The remaining 30,051,282 Securities were subject to a 5 year voluntary escrow period and will be released on 24 May 2016.
