BR Properties industrial portfolio acquisition update

Goodman refers to its announcement of 22 November 2013 relating to its Brazilian joint venture, WTGoodman, with respect to a proposed acquisition of an industrial portfolio from BR Properties.
Goodman notes that BR Properties has announced that it has chosen to enter into the transaction with another party.
Goodman will continue to pursue its opportunities in Brazil in a prudent manner.
