WTGoodman enters into exclusive Due Diligence on Brazil opportunity

Goodman Group confirms that its Brazilian joint venture, WTGoodman, has made an offer to acquire a portfolio of 34 industrial property assets in Brazil from BR Properties for R$3.18 billion (A$1.49 billion*), subject to certain adjustments. BR Properties has given WTGoodman a period of exclusivity to conduct due diligence.

The transaction remains subject to due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements and required regulatory and third party approvals. A further announcement will be made should the transaction progress to execution.

The proposed transaction is consistent with Goodman’s global investment and funds management strategy.
