Goodman acknowledges that APG accepts increased offer for PEPR

Goodman acknowledges that Algemene Pensioen Groep N.V (APG) has announced that it has agreed to sell 100% of its holding of ProLogis European Properties (PEPR) Ordinary and Convertible Preferred Units for a consideration of €6.20 per Unit to ProLogis (PLD), plus an amount equal to any accrued and unpaid preferred dividend in respect of the Preferred Units sold by APG. The offer was made in response to the original joint bid made by APG and Goodman on 13 April 2011 to acquire all of the ordinary units in PEPR for €6.00.
