Exercise of Options CIC
Goodman confirms that it has received exercise notices from CIC (Leader Investment Corporation) to exercise 276,000,000 Options for $78,534,235.10.
The Options were approved by Securityholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 24 September 2009. Allotment will occur by 27 May 2011.
This will increase their existing direct holding resulting from the conversion of Tranche 1 of the Hybrid Exchangeable Securities and exercise of Options to approximately 11.15% of stapled securities on issue (post allotment).
