Goodman Group (Goodman) announces the completion of the strategic acquisition of Moorabbin Airport and Business Park, in Melbourne’s inner south east. All relevant conditions required to complete the transaction were met.
Escrowed Goodman Group stapled securities have been issued to the Vendors as part of the purchase price for the acquisition.
