Effect of Settlement of Entitlement Offer on Options

The final allotment of securities under the Entitlement Offer is expected to complete on Wednesday 16 September 2009 and in accordance with the Listing Rules, on completion the exercise price of Options will be varied from that day by reducing the exercise price by 5.36 cents per Option. This applies to the Options issued and to be issued to Macquarie, MSSits and CIC (as set out in the Notice for the Extraordinary General Meetings) and existing staff Options on issue (as set out in the Financial Report lodged with ASX on 28 August 2009).
