GOODMAN GROUP (“GMG”) - DISTRIBUTION REINVESTMENT PLAN REACTIVATED
The Board has determined to reactivate the Goodman Distribution Reinvestment Plan with immediate effect following its suspension over the last two quarters. As was previously the case, a discount of 2% will be applied to the average of the daily volume weighted average price of GMG stapled securities over 10 trading days at which GMG stapled securities are issued under the Plan. The Plan will apply to the next distribution being for the quarter ending 30 June 2008.
