Goodman Group Entitlement Offer - Variation of timetable
Date 20 November 2008 Release Immediate
Goodman Group announces that it has extended the period between the closing date for receipt of eligible Retail Entitlement Offer applications and the date of allotment of New Securities by 2 business days to facilitate the clearance of cheques and processing of valid applications.
As a result the relevant dates are now:
Closing date for receipt of applications
Allotment of New Securities
5:00pm (AEDT) Friday, 21 November 2008 Friday, 28 November 2008
Dispatch of holding statements and normal Monday, 1 December 2008 trading of New Securities on ASX
We note that in relation to item 7 of the Appendix 3B lodged on 11 November 2008, the reference to the date for entering the securities into uncertificated holdings (the Allotment Date) for the Retail Entitlement Offer is updated to be 28 November 2008 as set out above. A new Appendix 3B will be lodged on that date setting out the number of securities issued under the Retail Entitlement Offer.
