Investment in ING Industrial Fund (IIF)

We refer to the ASX announcement made by IIF in relation to its capital management strategy made earlier today.
Goodman Group holds approximately 112.8 million units in IIF which had a carrying value as at 30 June 2008 of $177.2 million (the then market value) or approximately 1.8% of the Goodman Group’s total assets as at 30 June 2008. Goodman Group will update the carrying value of this investment as at 31 December 2008 with the release of its half year results in February 2009.
