Further to an ASX announcement made by Macquarie Goodman on 2 March 2006, we are pleased to advise the acquisition by Macquarie Goodman Property Trust ("MGP") of certain interests in properties held by Macquarie Goodman and its subsidiaries settled today. The acquisition was approved by MGP's Unitholders at a meeting held on 22 March 2006.
