ASX Release - Macquarie Goodman Group ("Macquarie Goodman")

Macquarie Goodman is pleased to announce that it raised A\$350 million in an institutional placement to partly fund the acquisition of Eurinpro International SA.

The book build closed at \$5.10 being at the top of the range which was a premium of 1.8% to the closing price of the previous day. Settlement and allotment of securities is scheduled for Wednesday, 31 May 2006.

Gregory Goodman, Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Goodman said, "We are very pleased with the support received from our institutional investor base."

Macquarie Goodman also announced yesterday the establishment of a Securityholder Purchase Plan ("SPP"), at the same price of \$5.10 per security, the details of which will be provided shortly. The record date for the SPP is 6 June 2006.
