Further to our announcement of 25 May 2006 in relation to the SPP, we confirm the timetable is as follows:

These dates are indicative only and may be subject to change.
We confirm the issue price of securities under the SPP will be calculated consistently with the issue price of securities under the institutional placement of \$5.10, which was announced on 25 May 2006. However, due to the timing of the allotment of securities under the SPP, the issue price will be reduced to reflect that it will not carry an entitlement to the distribution for the quarter ending 30 June 2006.
