ASX Release - Macquarie Goodman Group ("Macquarie Goodman")

M7 Business Hub proving to be a hit for Macquarie Goodman and Brickworks

Date: 3 February 2005
Release: Immediate

Macquarie Goodman and its joint venture partner Brickworks Limited are pleased to announce they have pre-sold 75% of the first land release of M7 Business Hub in Eastern Creek, New South Wales.

Stage one comprises approximately 32 hectares of land and pre-sales have been secured over 24 hectares, with sales revenue totalling \$70 million.

The largest pre-sale is to existing Macquarie Goodman customer Coca-Cola Amatil $(''CCA'').$

Macquarie Goodman's Chief Operating Officer, David van Aanholt said, "The demand for M7 Business Hub has been overwhelming and clearly demonstrates the need for well located industrial land in Sydney's West. Coca-Cola Amatil will create its logistics base for New South Wales at M7 Business Hub as the site was a logical choice given the excellent access to infrastructure. Of the remaining 25% within stage one, we have issued contracts on 15%, which we expect to exchange shortly."

Macquarie Goodman and CCA have had a long-standing relationship. CCA chose M7 Business Hub due to its outstanding site characteristics including proximity to infrastructure, exposure to key CCA markets and suppliers and high corporate visibility. From its analysis, the site offered the best option in the greater Sydney metropolitan area.

Lindsay Partridge, Managing Director of Brickworks Limited, said, "We are pleased that this exciting opportunity has been taken up by CCA. Their presence on the site will assist to further underpin relocation decisions made by other progressive organisations."

We have strong interest in the remaining sites within the stage one land release, which total just over three hectares.
