Macquarie Goodman sells Sydney Business Park

3 June 2005 Date: Immediate Release:

Macquarie Goodman has exchanged contracts for the sale of Peninsula Business Park, 134-140 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW for \$21.0 million achieving a sale price exceeding the current book value of \$17.7 million.

The disposal of this asset reflects a yield on passing income of 7.05% and settlement is anticipated in September 2005.

In the short-term, the proceeds will be used to retire debt.

Macquarie Goodman will continue to review the portfolio for non core assets and will actively reinvest the proceeds to fund the future development pipeline and other growth opportunities.
