Goodman Group appoints Ms Belinda Robson to its Board

Goodman Group (Goodman or Group) has appointed Sydney-based Ms Belinda Robson, as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Goodman Limited and Goodman Funds Management Limited. Belinda’s appointment will be effective from 1 March 2023 following Rebecca McGrath’s retirement on 28 February 2023.

Belinda has over 30 years’ experience in the Asia Pacific property industry, with specific expertise in retail and commercial funds management. Belinda is currently a non-executive director of Region Group (formerly Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group), GPT Funds Management Limited (the manager of GPT’s Wholesale Office and Shopping Centre Funds) and Lend Lease's Asian Retail Investment Funds. Previously Belinda was an executive at Lend Lease Investment Management, the fund manager for Australian Prime Property Fund Retail.

In addition to her Board role, Belinda will join the Risk and Compliance Committee which will be chaired by Mark Johnson, on Rebecca McGrath’s retirement.
