Goodman Group Board Changes

Goodman Group (Goodman) announces that it has received noticed from Independent Non-Executive Director Penny Winn that she will resigning from Goodman Board at 2021 Annual General Meeting.

Mr Stephen Johns, Chairman of Goodman Group noted “Penny has made a significant contribution to Goodman since her appointment in early 2018 bringing her significant operational experience in retail supply chain management and logistics to the benefit of the Board and its Committees. The Board thanks her for that contribution and wishes her well for the future.”

Goodman seeks to maintain a diverse board with the appropriate mix of skills, gender and geographic representation, which will continue to be supported through future appointments. Our focus specifically will be on meeting our target of 40% representation of female board members and additionally, in view of our global nature, we will be seeking to appoint an internationally based director with the appropriate skill base during the course of the current financial year.
