Changes to Goodman Logistics (HK) Limited board
Date 20 September 2016 Release Immediate
Following the recent Board and management changes to Goodman Logistics (HK) Limited, it has been decided to reduce the size of the Board from four (4) directors as at 30 June 2016 to two (2) directors with immediate effect. Going forward, the Board will comprise Ian Ferrier as Chairman and Philip Fan. Greg Goodman will cease to be a director in his personal capacity and instead will be Ian Ferrier’s alternate director.
