Goodman Group Director appointment

The Board of Goodman Group is pleased to announce that Ms Rebecca McGrath has been appointed as an Independent Director with effect from today.

Rebecca is currently a Non Executive Director of CSR Limited, Incitec Pivot Limited and Oz Minerals Limited. Her most recent executive experience was as Chief Financial Officer of BP Australasia from which she resigned this year. As an executive at BP plc she held numerous senior roles in finance, operations, corporate planning, project management and marketing in Australasia, the UK, and Europe.

Ian Ferrier, Chairman of Goodman said “The Board welcomes Rebecca’s appointment and considers that with her significant operational experience in an international context and exposure to a diverse range of sectors that she will make a valuable contribution to the Board”.

Rebecca holds a Bachelors Degree of Town Planning, a Masters of Applied Science (Project Management) and is a graduate of the Cambridge University Business and Environment Program.
