Goodman Group Board Changes

The Board of Goodman Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Phillip Pryke to the Board as an Independent Director.
Phil joins Goodman Group as an experienced director and financial advisor. A former investment banker, Phil has broad experience across a number of industries including utilities, IT, telecoms and the primary sector. Phil is currently the Deputy Chairman of Contact Energy, New Zealand’s largest energy utility, where he was previously Chairman from 1995-2004. Phil is a Partner and an Executive Team member of Co-Investor Capital Partners Pty Limited. He is a director of Goodman (NZ) Limited and has chaired or been a director of many companies in Australia and New Zealand. The Board looks forward to working with Phil and to the wealth of experience that he will bring to Goodman Group.
The Board of Goodman Group also announces the resignation of its Independent Director, Diane Grady with effect from today.
Diane has been an Independent Director of Goodman Group since September 2007. The Board thanks Diane for her enormous contribution to the business during that time and wishes her well for the future.
