Green Beannie Limited, which is controlled by the Thames Trust, held  2,194,082 shares and has  acquired a further  158,515  shares being a total 16.0% of the voting rights in the issuer. Angus Investment Holdings Limited, which is controlled by the Woodcock Trust,  held 51,931 shares and has  acquired a further  3,235  shares being a total 0.4% of the voting rights in the issuer. Berti Investments Limited, which is controlled by Seth Tabatznik and Jacques Tredoux, held 324,568 shares and has  acquired a further  161,750  shares being a total 3.3% of the voting rights in the issuer. Seth Tabatznik held 48,223 shares prior to the triggering transaction and has  acquired a further  4,014  shares being a total 0.4% of the voting rights in the issuer. Tredoux Capital Limited has been granted an option (which has currently not been exercised) to acquire 94,104 shares held by Green Beannie Limited.
