Exercise of Share Options

The Board of the Company was informed today that, Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company, today:

1.1  exercised a share option to the extent of 150,000 ordinary shares (the "Option Shares") in the Company.  The Option Shares were held by the Clarke Willmott Trust Corporation Limited (Trustee of the Good Energy Group Employee Benefits Trust).  He has not sold any of the Option Shares.  The exercise price applicable was £1.00 per ordinary share; and

1.2  transferred 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Patricia Peagam, for no consideration.

Following these transactions the interest of Garry Peagam in ordinary shares of the Company is:
