Exercise of Share Options and Director's Shareholding

The Board of Company was informed today that:

1.   on 3rd October 2013, Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company:

1.1  exercised a share option to the extent of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company.  The exercise price applicable was £1.00 per ordinary share; and

1.2  sold 17,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of £1.65 per ordinary share.

2.   on 3rd October 2013, Patricia Peagam, (wife of Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company), sold 8,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of £1.65 per ordinary share.

Following these transactions the interest of Garry Peagam in ordinary shares of the Company is:

The aggregate shareholding of the Directors of the Company is 1,479,871 ordinary shares representing 10.09 per cent of the total shares in issue.
