Result of AGM

Good Energy is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Group held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 8 were duly passed.

Resolution 9 and 10, being Special Resolutions, were not passed by shareholders. The Company will consult with shareholders during the course of the current financial year should matters arise requiring the consent of the shareholders regarding these two Resolutions.
