Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM:GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems announces that the Company was notified on 26 August 2022 that, on the same date, Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated to Gary Bullard, Chairman, purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.04 per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Gary Bullard has increased his interest to 22,567 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.09% of the Company's total issued share capital.
