Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components & systems, announces that the Company was notified on 3 June 2020 that, on the same date, Louise Evans, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 473 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £10.56 per Ordinary Share.
