Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components & systems, announces that the Company was notified on 2 June 2020 that, on the same date, Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated to the Company's Chairman, Gary Bullard, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £10.06 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Gary Bullard has an interest in 10,535 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.04% of the Company's total issued share capital.
