Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components & systems, announces that the Company was notified on 25 February 2019 that, on the same date, Alex Warnock, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 817 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £12.25 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Alex Warnock has an interest in 17,247 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the Company's total issued share capital.
